Global Setting Detail

Use the Global Setting detail to modify an existing global setting. Only fields valid for the given setting are editable.

The Global Setting detail contains the following columns:

Field	Description
Setting Name	The global setting name.
Category	The category for the global setting. The Global Settings list has the following Out-of-the-Box Categories: E-mail Settings, Sync, Routing, RealTime, EAI, Default, Portal and Channel.
Base Type	The base type: Enumerated, String, Integer, Decimal, Date, or Boolean.
Property Type	The property type: Enumerated, String, Integer, Decimal, Date, or Boolean.
	The following types of values are defined where the applicable attribute is defined. For example, where the property type of a global setting is String, it has a default value defined in the String Value column of the Global Settings list..
String Value	A string value for the string attribute.
Integer Value	An integer value for the integer attribute.
Decimal Value	A decimal value for the decimal attribute.
Date Value	A date value for the date attribute.
Boolean Value	A boolean value for the boolean attribute.

Click Save () to make your changes.
